Hiya!

New to this thread but seeking some stands for my Q Acoustics 3020's. Preferably ones that dont look horrendous! (Stainless steel and glass - puke!!)

Would anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone know of a place that can help me service my Rotel RA-870BX Amplifier. One of the channels keeps cutting out, in addition to this I may want to upgrade some of the internal caps.

Just for the record I have:

Rega Planar 3 with Goldring 1012gx cartridge and stylus. Iv'e upgraded with a Tangospinner sub platter and brass pulley. Owned since 1989.
Rotel RA-870BX Amplifier. Owned since 2010.
Rotel RCD-965BX CD Player. An upgrade from my Rotel 820AX, owned since 1998.
Tannoy 611 MKI Speakers. I had the MKII speakers from 1993 but sold them around 2002. I went without for a while then bought a 2nd hand pair of MKi 611's.
QED 79 strand speaker cable with 24 carat gold plated phono connectors.

The 'cheapest' I can find from ebay sales was £510

Looking at sold prices, I think £550 with tracked / insured UK delivery.

There is a rather poorly Thorens TD125 available

It will need a new belt and possibly a replacement plinth. The lid is immaculate given its age

I would be looking at £150 tracked and insured UK postage

I was a bit surprised at the prices
