The kenwood is nice, and suitably powerful I reckon. Always had a soft spot for Denons, and used to run a Rotel RA930AX, a little newer than the one you've got there.

Got literally no idea what a duff one is worth so I've popped it on ebay

What DAC were you using with it? The matching Meridian DAC / Pre?
