The next project

Now the Harry Quinn bike is ready for my charity ride it was time to reach into the back of the shed for the next project.
This is a 20 inch wheel B H Boland 5 speed that I'm going to rebuild for my daughter.
Apart from change of colour she wants everything kept original. She actually wants it the same colour as her dads bike, although I am getting away without having to change her cable outers to yellow( my outers were given to me by bagpuss).
The bike needs to be ready for 29th May as they are having a local bike event and she's off to meet her heroine Dani King.

I'm not sure, to be honest I haven't been able to find anything out about the maker. I must have a look for serial numbers later on

She's 8 and only been able to cycle since last August but has decided she is going to be a future Olympic cyclist

Fantastic. I remember getting my daughter's first proper bike. Raleigh FS mtb she loved it but now has a 69 VW Beetle.

My other daughter is almost 30 but hates cycling,just had to build up a mountain bike for my son whilst he's on deployment. Leah on the other hand is cycling crazy
