Hi Joolz here

Used to do loads of mountain biking in my youth, now in my 40s and just got rid of my car, first time i since i was 23!!!.

Loved off roading until i headbutted a tree on a steep downhill run in Mirfield woods, tore some major ligaments in my knee and took a year to get back on the bike. Since then got my bike out in the summers for a quick ride but nothing serious.

Have a Trimble Inverse 4, 1991 model, in green and Cook Bros Racing decals, used to have a Diamond Back Topanga before.

Now using it to try and get fitter and also to get me to work etc.

Was looking at getting the front forks replaced (manitou 1s) but the guy in the shop says i should leave it as it is.

I have 4. Your frame looks later than 1991. In 91 had internal route cable. External came later? There is a picture of mine in my gallery. :D
