Makes me think I ought to slow down a bit on the road, there is a hill near me I regularly do 40+ on, i don't want new teeth yet.

Yeah its all on the mend, I have another scar to talk about at the pub, but its fairly small and fading fast.

Well I'm glad your on the mend and back out in the saddle, always good to hear.

Is it weird though that my first thought when I read this was "I wonder if there's pictures?" :?
