Stretched the headtube on my old Dirtbike when I had to get off mid section on some trails....bike took a bit of a nose dive into the next set. Managed to cold shrink the headtube fo fit a new headset but didn't last long
Moved onto the Trailboss which was IMO a better bike...bit longer in the TT so better for trails
If you still have it an option is boring the headtube out a tad and pressing a steelset in. BTW, if you ever do have a nice frame you like like that, and don't have a cup insertion limit (or are willing to do some machining), you can always run a steelset headset. I can guarantee you will never ovalize a headtube while running one.
