Mmm fifteen hundred quid.
Looks like a cheap copy of a belstaff trailmaster, 60s classic still in production, at a third the price!

Looks to me like part of the growing trend of expensive outdoors brands (like Canada Goose, Arc'teryx, etc), moving into the lifestyle/street-wear
🤮 category as a brand rather than just making serious outdoor clothing. In the case of some of those brands, it happened because influencer-types 🤢 and people with much more money than sense started wearing them as status symbols – they are popular with those kind of people only because they are expensive. And then to various extents those brands naturally start to make some clothes ranges that are actually more designed for that market.

The marketing people at Colnago presumably think that seeing as they occupy the higher-end of the bike market, they'll branch out into this kind of higher-end clothing, too - the fact that it has nothing to do with cycling is of no real concern, they are selling 'luxury'. Which is depressing, but you know...that's late-stage capitalism for you...

They will soon pop up as discounted clearances somewhere.
I bought three pairs of Colnago winter gloves about thirty years ago at a discount cycle sale at Whitchurch Bristol sports centre. Wearing pair number two at the moment with third pair ,still in original packing, waiting to be used. They were reduced from 29.99 to 2.99 each.
