Tektro RL340 - do you find them comfy?

Hi guys,

I just installed a pair of Tektro RL340 and they are the first non-retro brake levers I use.
I was expecting them to be similar to the Shimano STI in terms of ergonomics, but they really are not. Do you find them comfy? I know they are very pupular, but so far I found them very umcomfortable, no matter how much I play with the position. I haven't finished playing with them and tonight I'll try a pair of TRP rrl for comparison, but would be curious to hear what you think.

With levers it's very very personal. Something as insignificant as a slightly different curvature or additional length can take a while to get used to and you may not get used to it. Give it a week or so, if they don't work for you, they don't work. According to amazon reviews there's a few people that find them quite solid although a bit uncomfortable, but they still seem to regard them highly.

I haven't thought about checking Amazon reviews. Good idea.
Yeah, I'll keep on trying to find a position that works for me and if they don't, oh well, no biggie.

If the TRP don't fit me either I'll switch to STI levers...
