Teesdale Kona Hot Frame w/ a stuck Syncros seatpost..

Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get a frozen post out of this frame I just got ? I'm scared i'm going to damage something if I try any harder.

What i've tried so far:

-Soaked for several days repeatedly with penetrating oil (from the top and from inside via the bottle cage bolt holes)
-Hot water
-Trying to turn the post with 4 feet of leverage

It's glued in there good and I'm running out of ideas.

Caustic will knacker the paint. Chop the post at the frame leaving an inch or so and using a hacksaw blade and a lot of care and patience, cut along the length of the post three times at equidistant points then collapse post with a hammer and chisel/dolly.

There is a guy online, forget his name, who guarantees to remove the post without damaging the frame, post will be toast though. £60 for his services.

Re:

I think for now i'll just keep soaking it with penetrating oil over an extended period of time.. Time to be patient.

Thanks for the replies

One of the best ways and it doesnt damage the frame, probably the method used by the shop above, is to use freeze spray. Easily available from any diy store, it is what plumbers use for stuck pipes. If the frame and seatpost are different materials, which yours are, then the metals react at different speeds to cold, heat also but that damages paint, and become free from one another. There are threads on here about its use also. Another method which works and frees the bond is to hit the seatpost into the frame, once the bond is broke the post will slide out. The freeze method doesnt damage the post or frame though :)
