Technium Help

For all the experts out there, I have a 1989 Technium, US version. It looks to be original except for the seat and cockpit. The Scott handle bars and Tioga stem are aftermarket. Does anyone know what came on the bike stock?

Having one of these as a young lad I seem to recall the bar and stem being Branded "True Temper"

Yours looks exactly as mine did, always thought the US version had a U brake under the chain stays.
