I wouldn't say that it is in 'good condition'...jeez, there's not a square inch that isn't covered in scratches or rust. Full strip and paint needed for that, or leave it 'rat look'. Should be advertised as rough.
There is only surface rust around seatpost clamp and dropouts, and it had polished nicely, touchups will be done soon...
and black is quite easy to spot-paint
of course Fat Chance purists will not approve, but still, lovely find
