if you're going to fit 35s on a 15 mm rim, then pump them up to 7 bar, you deserve to have your tyres blow off! Wrong tool for the job on so many levels!Wiider rims should be fitted as it's been know for wide tyres to blow off the rim at high pressures!
don't go too big then......What about frames which have close clearances and the gap at the bottom bracket can be very tight
