I've used splashback round a muddy Forest of Dean on my zaskar and they were fine.

I might not put them on my modern FS but then I'm more relaxed on my retro rides.

You might be intertested in the halo twin rail tan wall tires. These are an interesting road/off road hybrid tire. I have never owned a pair of these myself but am in the market to order a pair as soon as my kenda k-rads are no longer rideable. They might not be the most off road ideal, but a great all terrain tire if that is what you are looking for.

Carl did you get any of these? Im having had a punt on some WTB`s on ebay but if that doesn't work out I think I may order a set.
