Indeed.. The marking does seem to extend along the brazed area, which is a little bit of a concern. That said the seller seems to know what they are talking about.

I wonder if anybody has sent any question about this to the seller as yet?

It may have a dent in that top tube, as well as a crack, and that tube wont be easy to find, but given its such a hideous paint scheme, the work is worth doing imho, it wont be cheap, but it is what it is, a survivor and near complete, i hope it turns up on here to watch the story unfold,a bit of a unicorn for me, as well as others im sure. Failing that, hang it up and smile. :cool:

I'd already asked the selling during last week if there were any cracks or dents and his reply was no, just chipped paint in places
