Indeed.. The marking does seem to extend along the brazed area, which is a little bit of a concern. That said the seller seems to know what they are talking about.

I wonder if anybody has sent any question about this to the seller as yet?

It may have a dent in that top tube, as well as a crack, and that tube wont be easy to find, but given its such a hideous paint scheme, the work is worth doing imho, it wont be cheap, but it is what it is, a survivor and near complete, i hope it turns up on here to watch the story unfold,a bit of a unicorn for me, as well as others im sure. Failing that, hang it up and smile.

I'd already asked the selling during last week if there were any cracks or dents and his reply was no, just chipped paint in places
