Syncros lettering on seat posts?

I wonder if screen print t-shirt people could come up with something :? Otherwise, ive no idea where you could get such a thing done.

Re:

Garment printers, no, totally different ink system and drying/curing process

If you really want them screen printing it's something I can do but be prepared for expensive setting up costs, basically you will pay the same screen set up costs for 1 as you would several hundred, around £40 for an artwork and stencil...

Option 2 is a spray mask, this can be applied then spray paint the post and remove the mask, cheaper than screen printing but not always a clean sharp finish

Option 3 vinyl lettering, as the stems, cheap and easy to replace when the need arrives ;)

Appreciate all the responses, guys.

My powder coat guy got hold of a bunch of stencils for the lettering, so he's going to give one post a shot. We'll see how it turns out. I'm worried about the 'sharpness' of the finish, as Gil mentioned. But if it fails, I'll just try the liquid paper option.

Love your vinyl letters too, Gil. Have several posts with them installed. But living in the US south, where it's 90F-plus and 95% humidity for almost half the year, the letters have a shelf life of about 3 or 4 years max. With 7 or 8 posts to 'maintain', something more permanent is needed in this climate.
