Syncros Bottom Bracket - the right tool for the job?

Gotta be a manual for these old Synchros BBs out there somewhere...

I'm very new to this (bike building), please forgive my ignorance.
Since these Synchros BBs use the standard English threading:
the drive side is of course the left hand thread, marked "LH" (black lock ring) and the non-drive side is the right hand thread, marked "RH" (gold lock ring).

Still would be curious to see that manual if it can be had.
