Close, but no cigar! And a sleeve doesn't work with this clamp arrangement? Plus might look to "fat" vs. the 1" headset it sits on...

Yeah, I think shims are only going to work with pinch-bolt stems rather than wedge clamp ones like Syncros unfortunately
