Hello,
I'm a real fan of the old intense bike. I thus decided a few years ago to collect them.
One of the most important thing is, i use my bikes for my differents rides, it's not just collection bikes, it's players bikes
I begin with the intense uzzi slx i've buy last month too Beepbeep.
His text about the frame :
A 2002 model that I bought NOS in 2006, and then built-up in 2007 if my memory serves me right. As you can see in the photos it’s in great condition, it’s lead a fairly sheltered life as an all-mountain ride for the forests of Sweden. The only bad points being a small dent in the headtube from the postage to me, which I carefully pressed out, and has caused no problems since (shown in photo below) and a scrape on the left chainstay (also shown). Has been helicopter taped but still has the odd cable rub mark. Bearings and shock are fine.
It’s a versatile and tough frame with technology borrowed from the M1 – with adjustable top tube, shock mount, head angle and wheelbase. 6” or 7” of travel (7” only possible with included 5th Element shock).
The shock also has loads of possibilities for fine-tuning and has been upgraded with a titanium spring (original steel one included). Also included are adaptors to run a regular QR rear wheel plus Intense and 5th Element manuals.
Size small/16" with a 22" or 23" top tube.
Go !
Next time i speak about my wife uzzi sl
