I have just awoken from cycling slumber to find there has been a ride organised close to home - hurrah! Well done Tim.

I think I shall ride my Kula. I haven't ridden in, well, months really. This should be fun / painful / sore.

No I just need to find my riding kit, a pump, tools etc. :facepalm:

Just loaded a bike into the van - it was the one nearest the door, and most likely to be in working order...

I shall bring a Farmer John Nephew (?) tyre and some replica Suntour XC2 pedals to offload too in case any of you fine folk have a need for such things.
