swing arm removal

hi i have recently got my self a Marin mount vision and am trying to make it look better as the paint on the swing arm is terrible, im a bit stumped as how to remove the swing arm so i can strip and re paint it off the bike. is there any videos of a removal any one can suggest please.

These are bolt through so two socket sets and a bit of carpet for it to land on

undo the shock first

then socket set both sides and undo the bolts

tap through gently

There should be better instructions around somewhere but this at least should give you and idea
