I recently acquired a stunning 1950s Carlton International frame featuring ornate lugs and original chrome forks. While it’s beautiful and could be used as is, it does have significant pitting that has been painted over.
To be honest, I have a stronger affinity for London-based manufacturers. Before investing time in restoring the Carlton, I’m interested in potentially swapping it for a Condor, ideally a superb lugged version in a similar size (24.5" - 25"). If anyone is interested, please reach out!
