I got a set of red Kore elite bars and a set of Scott thermoplastic. Both in great shape. Are these bars an English make? I am in the US.

Not sure if this is what you're after, have anodised green USE flat handlebars. Used, but in reasonable nick, uncut. No bar ends sorry! Live in Derby.
