Happy days in old bike land again.

I'm off to bed now as i want to get up early and ride a bicycle in the morning, find some nice trails, listen to the birds in the trees, maybe even catch deer by the waterside again like last week, put all the bullshit of life on hold for just an hour or so. Hopefully with a little sunshine thrown in for good measure.

I suggest you all go and do the same. Get a little perspective.

Sweet dreams.

Bummer

I just hope the content of this thread doesn't become the norm around here

I love this forum because it's full of great technical knowledge

Would never have joined if I'd seen stuff like this

Ok. Dont know where this stems from.
are you being serious?

I've never even commented on any of bushpigs or any other us built bikes. So why i'm suddenly singled out is beyond me.
you started this thread. simple. follow through with it

If you'd actually bothered to read the first post you would have 'learnt' a bit about the early mtb scene in the UK.
put it back up then. it always nice to learn something new. what kind of info did you include?

Instead you chose the route of the moron and in doing so giving your future comments/ projects/ finds even less credibility.
why would you say that?

I said that's what I love about this forum and the fact that it's actually knowledge not just some crappy untried notions

So don't try attacking me next

~ I somehow think the 'ivyleaguemtb' forum thing was a joke

In all seriusness

Although in all seriousness, people's posts about their bikes are supposed to be about their bikes

And people springing snarking and sniping ambushes from the sidelines is not cool and is not the character of this forum

So I hope a bit of moderator action gets over here

If people want to have a debate about the history, course and nature of the international MTB scene, they can start a topic - It'd be a good debate I'll bet

And then we can enjoy looking at some proper British Metal
