Cheers Stu, a lift would be appreciated but if you have to take someone else I could find my own way. Local ride wise I'm restricted to Sunday's and I used to go around Newlands between Stanley Ferry and Normanton, I can use this as a gauge to see how I am, not ridden a bike for 6 mths and not seriously for 18.

A lift is not a problem at all Mate, just let me know when you are ready for a ride, Sunday mornings are OK for me.

Went out for a little ride last Sunday, hurt as much as I thought it would but the good news was the recovery didn't take as long as I thought it would. Planning the same again this Sunday if the weather's OK.

Even after having a look around there last week.
Done my hand/wrist in last night and changing gear and bumps hurt with sharp pains on my short commute to work.

Been getting my bike up to scratch as well AND washed my bike clothes.
