I recently bought a 1995 Cannondale m500 and although i love the ride on the P-Bone forks would like to buy some cheapish susp forks to try it out. it has a 1 1/8" steerer. I reckon around 80mm of travel would be enough, much more would probably ruin the geometry. Fork needs to have v brake mounts and if possible lockout. Don't really want to spend over £30 really as I'm a student and just getting into mountain biking.
