Super Galaxy Tandem ID help

Hi, not sure if this is in 5he correct place, apologies if not.
I’ve just bought a Dawes super Galaxy Tandem and would appreciate a bit of help with dating it, components are a bit of a mixture but there is an ID stamped under the BB “AP62904” does this mean it’s a 2004 frame?

For info, it currently has a generic 135 oln rear hub and v brakes, not sure if either or any is original.

Yeah, close, it’s difficult not knowing what is original and not, I think I’ll assume the 135oln is right and leave it alone, find an appropriate hub and drag brake and go from there.
