Suntour Superbe Derailleur Limit Screws: Thread Spec?

The suntour dropout has a larger metal tang to catch the screw, the Campag one has a small stop to catch the metal tab.

Sometimes the suntour screw missed the small campasg stop, never mind it still works :)

That’s what I assumed first when I installed the 5300 on that Campag Integrale dropout: the stop being too small. As I wrote a longer limit screw does a perfect job. I’d believe that it depends rather on the shape than the size of the stop whether the regular short B-screw can reach it.
 
Ah that's interesting, I've just checked my frame and it has campag dropouts but the derailleur has a tab that rests on the frame stop and provides another tab for the b screw.
