What is a froggy?

The frame may go for for 150, but I'm afraid I can't seel the forks, because it's a fork I don't know anything about, only think it's a good one.

I like the frame, a bit small for me, but looks really nice. I have a picture where Martinez rode the bike and forks in Hoffalize, only don't know if it is the exact frame.
