Oh wow. What a lovely bike. Welcome to the Chaos club. I have some of the DH version on my own Sunn.

I was wondering if you could perhaps please help me out. I would like to make a cable stop for the front forks as mine never had one. Could you perhaps send me the dimensions of yours if it isn't to much trouble?

I will send you a pm with a picture.

6-2 is only a little bit too big for a size 18! Depends how much seat post is inside the frame. Needs to be c12/13cm or more IMO, for a frame with a 7/8cm extension above the top tube.

And it does have a long stem. The stem is exactly the same as the ones sold in the UK by Fred Salmon - which is a fair indication that it's good quality.

Home made "team réplica"... nothing more.
Probably built on a 1995 Revolt comp base.

A respray (not "period correct", dark blue was team colour after 1996, 1995 correct color would be a "Bianchi-style" clear blue ) and a pair of forks are not enough to make it look like a real "factory bike".

exactly,
that's a 95 model
having a look to the serial number on the bottom bracket

and it could be also a respray of these years

never mind for me as i enjoy this color

and as it is a good quality panting.

also the top tube decals are in reverse position, the sunn logo was on the headtube.

the only thing thing that make me wonder is that
decal in paper with numbers
what's that?
