After 4 (!!!) false starts, I am now reluctantly open to sensible offers.

Please bear in mind that the only 20inch Exact I have ever seen on ebay went for £160 a few weeks ago. It had no Raceface hs, no XTR F/MECH attached to it. It did not have the original stickers nor was it in a better condition than mine by the looks of it.

I can't believe you have 5 already, that's about 30% of the yearly production!

Not sure what currency you hold but it's never going to depreciate much based on its (still very low) sterling price.
