My knee aches a bit more than it usually does, and im now happily showered, fed and watered, mint ride in pretty great conditions i thought, missed the rain nicely and it wasnt that muddy, apart fromt the track past the farm before nut wood lol

Cheers guys Cracking ride again today apart for falling off ( thanks to Chris lol ) and my puncture . Ache a bit after all the climbing but had a good day and managed a few a few bargains at the jumble , il stick my pics on later
