Suggestions for last minute(ish) stag do

On our annual trip to Goodwood for the festival of Speed we stitched up my Brother, We dressed him up as the Stick ( A Racing driver in a very tight brown racing suit, a 70's pisspot crash helmet with British Leyland logo's ) that is easlily confised with the Stig . Was so funny, people actually took him for a real racing driver and he could sneak into the behind the scenes stuff there, even the Dunhill walk of fame thingy  It was good as we all enjoyed the festival and even more so with him dressed up with plenty of dare cards that he had to take part in, Signed photo's of himself sprawled across varios British Leyland vehicles, Drinking a beer from his crash helmet etc etc etc . I will dig some pics out if anyone wants..... and some of the dares if you want !

I would have a look at some events going on and dress him up for the day, will be a good laugh and you hopefully wont bump into any hen parties or other stag doo's (which really annoy me when on a stag doo ;) )

watch all of the Pirates of the Caribbean films, but you must take a swig of beer whenever they say 'Arrr!' - you'll be so pissed at the end of the first film, you wont car how dire the rest are...

JV, have done two based in Cardiff.

Stay in cheap B&B, or if out term time, Uni accom.

Surfing on the gower was great, also had a bbq on beach
Did archery (which was surprisingly manly)
Did Quadbiking (bit shit tbh)
Could also go biking to a trailcentre..

Evening in Cardiff good

First night in Cardiff Bay
Second in town
Loads of pubs, and cheesy clubs too

Caroline street for chips/kebabs at end of night

For extra booziness, I've a feeling that Brains probably do brewery tours with samples at the end.

How last minute is last minute?

When mine was being organised people were, to be polite, unreliable with money and also confirming they were actually coming!!!!

we went to Bournemouth as part of a package with these guys...

http://www.redsevenleisure.co.uk/

You paid one price for the whole package, including entry to clubs, the activities etc....

It made it a whole load easier than trying to organise each individual bit.

We went to an outdoor activity place, with quad biking, shooting, blind driving, off road buggies etc.... then hit the p1ss in Bournemouth and then back to the hotel.......at 6.30am via Spearmint Rhino...... :D :D :D

Exmoor Centre?

Its a remote bunkhouse owned by a charitable trust so its cheap cheap, we manage it for them.

Theres a website link below and if you email the Stay@ email address on the site and say Will sent you they'll do you a decent rate. Its ridiculously cheap anyway ;)

Its about 1km from the nearest road. Loads of decent offroad cycling routes, pubs are a bit of a walk away but generally downhill, taxis are cheap enough to get back most of the way.

Sorry if this sounds like SPAM, its not meant to be  Its just a great spot for partying as you can't upset any neighbours so ideal for the job.

Will :)

I've spent a fair bit of time in North and central Wales and can recommend this area-
http://www.chirk.com/aqueduct.html
A really nice area and as theres a nice canal then ergo there will be a canal path.Just right for a merry jaunt.
Plenty of photo spots with some great backgrounds

Now .Is that a better suggestion ? :D

i was going to mention bournemouth but then thought no, but it dose tick all the boxes you mentioned, surfing, ride in the purbecks ect

How about my old stomping ground - Edinburgh - Velo and the MacRetro posse would surely welcome yourselves to the area etc.......

Lots to do, many many pubs and a few good bits of hill to go offroading on.
