Stuck brake lever help…

I can’t figure out how to remove this Weinmann lever from my handlebar? There’s not enough space for any tool to grip or move the nut. Any and all help appreciated.

An extra long 8mm socket will do it . You may have to give it a bit of a shove in as it looks like the inner part of the actual lever is slightly bent in . Shove it , it'll go .
