The STS XCR is FINISHED

A full spec and pictures will be posted as soon as I have taken it for its maiden voyage - just to make sure nothing breaks

been cleaning the decals from mine
got a syncros am headset to fit , manitou x-vert t or boxxers for it
tho i might fit the jr t's that are on my lts dh to it
just need another 20 hours in a week at the moment to get on with it

Just got some new decals for mine from Gil to finish the bike off - Tip top quality too although the closest he could provide for the XCR was the STS DH ones which are pretty close to say the least - just the font of the STS letters that look different really

The decals on mine were barely there anyway, nearly all flaked off in true original GT style

I've got one. Almost original spec (Kore stem, Judy XL...)
but with a few subtle upgrades (Mavic 521 wheelset, XTR 960 polished derailleurs)

Too big for me though. Will sell for a smaller frame.

3 things attracted me to this one: REAR DISC MOUNTS, Risse shock (which I hate but I know has value) and roller bearing upgrade -the latter two the seller didn't mention in the listing. Thankyouverymuch. :xmas-cool:

It better be ok. Cost me a small fortune and almost lost me a friend!!
Made £90 profit on the bigger frame but it still wasn't enough to cover this one! :shock:
