Wanted Stronglight crankset hobby kit

I finally found a nice old 175mm Stronglight chainset. So now I'm looking for the following:

1. a 38T 122 BCD chainring;
2. 23.35mm crank puller;
3. a pair of French threaded (14mm x 1.25mm) pedals (anything considered).

I know Hilary Stone has 1 and 2 on his web page, and have contacted him. Anything else out there?
Do people consider it sacrilège to rethread to 9/16" x 20?

I just purchased a J.A.Stein Stronglight Extractor from Spa Cycles. At £37 delivered in the UK it was about the cheapest I could find one....
