Strange diameter bars

Hi.found some bars in my box of bits with a 28.6 central bulge and I cant for the life of me remember where they're from. Ive never come across that size before.
Anyone got any idea what they are or where I could get a stem to fit them as they are nice bars!

I encountered these on a Trials bike i had briefly through here. Onza Spyrogyra. The stem was faulty and slipping badly, bought a new OS one, then realised my error and had to get bars too! Quite rare but limited parts may be out there.

It was an oversize standard that some brands used but didn't really take off. Tioga brought out a cube stem and bar set, of which I unwittingly bought just the stem. Obviously it couldn't clamp the bars tightly enough so I put a shim on and it was fine for years of hard riding.

I've also now got some black Azonic Chubby bars (28.6) with shims to use a modern (31.8mm) Hope stem. This is probably your best option as there's such a limited choice in this size.

Found the stem for the bars.obviously a dh stem ala xlite
Cant think where they came from! Not worth selling though.no one will want such obscure parts!
