There is a thread over on STW concerning an Ibis Alibi that may be entirely legit but they were wondering whether it might have been lifted at some point.

I see:Syncros stem and seat post,XT V brakes,LX hubs and mechs,Gripshift,Sugino crankset,Wellgo pedals,Mavic 230 rims?,WTB tyres..
Is it 1995?

I think it was '97/'98 they made these.
It appears to be a full build although it is a SID fork rather than the Judy which is listed as standard.

All good spots though rider! Sugino CSS-3, Mavic 238 rims. Tyre are velociraptors which have slight signs of wear. X lite stubbie bar ends , dia compe levers, no badge on the bars
