Yep that caused at least 2 and half hours of arguments in the workshop this afternoon

I was adamant it was an early crack’n’fail ahem cannondale logo

the sticker pretty well aligned and not slapped on and patina of sticker and stem seem in key but I/we couldn’t be 100% sure maybe a deep clean would reveal some other markings

heres some more pics i can make out the minimum insert txt and lines also 28.6 and cro - mo text also same... but seems after the txt same there was more but not sure what same refers to or what the rest of the letters were/are

it does seem legit to me we do keep a lookout for anything dubious and would never want to unknowingly sell anything that wasnt original or as advertised, we do our best with research and double/triple checking, but the odd thing does come up here and there

just had another inspection and can also make out the end of made in taiwan aswell
