Stems

Before you choose a stem, ask yourself a question. Have I got dental insurance? Do I want facial reconstruction surgery?

If yes to both, by all means but one of the stems mentioned, even a ringle. The former are an unknown, were they made well? The latter are prone to cracking.

If you want a funky looking stem without the potential for a failure, I would look at some of the retro x-lite options. They don't seem to have the same baggage as some of the boutique stems. Your teeth will be thankful you thought of them ;)
