Look a bit like critical racing, but not. Thought looks, but no, manitou, nope. Not ringle or x-lite either.

I've drawn a blank.

and my guess especially the first one was rather designed with negativ angle as a road racing stem, like the two from Modolo in the pic above.
 
These look familiar. If I remember correctly they have been discussed before and the consensus was that the slight roughness and there being one each of a few different designs suggested they were homemade/prototype one offs.

In having a quick search to remind myself I also found the most ugly stem I've seen:

Thanks guys I do like the look of them he wants £65 for one and £80 for the other is that worth it or do I put money into a ringle stem that is mad looking stem king of football cheers for the help lads I just starting out building bikes so bit confusing never knew about half the makes when I was younger xt top shifters there was no better ha ha

Just another one when I looking at ringle stems why is it just the top bit most of the time and why not the full stem and does any 118 inch stem pole fit them cheers
