Steerer tube

Ive got a set of RockShox Psylo's and the steerer tube is to short
does any 1 know how i can get over this or where i can get a new or used 1 from.

don't think it's meant for lengthening the steerer when it doesn't come up through the headtube
i belive it's meant to allow you to use ahead stems in threaded forks/headsetts setups
would have thought using it to join the steerer inside the headtube then fit normal aheadset could be quite dangerous
but i am not an engineer and its only my opinion
shop on ebay-think its onza boy or somthing(bike shop in nottingham) did have loads of steerer tubes in various lengths-they were made for rst but have used them on pace and rockshox for a number of years

Hmm... I'm not sure I know what you're on about... :?

It's just a steerer tube extender. It goes inside the too short steerer tube and because it works just like the old quill type system it wedges itself in there as fine and tight as you like. To be used with an aheadset system which I'm guessing is the case here as we're talking about Rockshox Psylo's?

All I can say is that it works just fine, a friend of mine has got one fitted to his forks, no issues at all.
