steerer tube ahead 1 1/8 for a manitou 2

Hello. I'm looking for a ahead steerer tube of a manitou 2 of 1 1/8 for change the actual thread tube.

Are there any store or somebody that has a ahead steerer tube with crown for this fork?

I think in a company that makes CNC heads for this fork. I don't rememeber the name.
