:? Hammer it in yourself,it isnt a big deal
1. Sit it on top of your steerer
2. tap it down so the first spring clip is inside the steerer and the other clip sitting flush.
3. Screw in the cap bolt and tap the starnut further in till it looks about the right depth[im about 3/4" from the top]
If you find it starting to go in skew,tap the side of the bolt to straighten up.
:shock: I didnt know there was a special tool for this,i though everybody just hammered it in
