I have put my entry in, but wont get in because its crap.my plan is to ride a crossbike.

Secondly there's no mountains in the Forest of Dean.

Thirdly any bike ridden off road classes as a mtb in the broadest sense of the word. I got around SSUK08 on a converted Triumph Tempest racer........................eventually

Just had a wee look at the Dinosaur bikes site who are supporting this race. Cant see 650B wheels taking off for a while when a tyre costs over £47 each :shock: Best stick with the Brit 650A tyre at a tenner each, admittedly thats the 26x1&3/8th" classic roadster tyre but seen in knobbly form on bicycle speedway

I should show up with an SS roadster with speedway tyres and park it meaningfully beside the Dinosaur bikes stand :twisted:
