I would change the bike for a new one then all components will be compatible.

Seriously, change the item for the best price/ performance.

Seen a rear SRAM mech on crc for 10 snids.
May also point out a front mech as his looks like a seriously low budget mail order bike donor part.
All in for £19
If there's no way of indexing them at all, then it's this or nothing i guess thanks for the help
