I'd like to run a bike with a 2x11 setup and I'd like to use SRAM bits if possible. Is it possible to run a X0 or similar 2x10 speed front shifter and mech with an 11 speed chain and, say, a Race Face double chain ring setup? I had my eye on some of the newer direct mount Race Face cranks with an extra bolt on thing to run 2 chain rings. Could it be made to work or am I stuck with Shimano if I want 2x11?
