Hi all, what rate of spring are you using on a rock shox super deluxe? I am about 12 stone / 75kgs and have a 750lb spring, does that sound right? It is on an LTS-DH.
Im about the same weight as yop and have a 700lb spring on mine.......just stripped the whole bike down and cleaned the shock up last night as it happens.......will have some photos up soon
