How foolish! Someone could easily lift the bike lock up over the top of the post.

Then all they need to do is shift a couple of the paving blocks and they've got a nice wooden post.

No I have posts ! I figured its the sort of bike you'd come back to find someone had sawn through the frame to steal the lock (best bit on the bike).
