Spokes

I've bought some hubs and rims and want to have a go at building my own wheels but where do I get the spokes from? Oh and I've down-loaded a spoke length calculator so I know what length I want

any good shop! bicycleworld is near you isn't it? what are they like? or primera in charminster road bournemouth or GA cycles in southampton, about 40p each for stainless steel double butted with standard nipples. I know GA's keep a huge stock of spokes and coloured nipples!!

If you would like some anodised spoke nipples in either purple or blue then pm me as I have some new old stock ones in packs of roughly 55+

I got mines from SJS cycles. Lots to choose from and available singularly.

Merlinman, thanks for the offer of nipples but I think I'd prefer brass to aluminium as they get chewed up easy enough as it is.
