Exmerlinman, perhaps a dose of humility and understanding might help you.
You have failed to follow the simple rules of conduct laid out by the Retrobikes admin regarding clear pricing, and maintaining content and prices after sales for future reference (your Curtis singlespeed sales thread is an example, from which you've eradicated all trace of it's ever being for sale. viewtopic.php?f=39&t=282726 ).
You've consistently failed to support requests for prices or photos, nor have you offered the courtesy of acknknowleding a fellow members interest on your sale threads. I have asked you twice for photos and pricing on your bars, which to many would be enough to indicate an interest in them, apparently they have already been sold.
There may be very good reasons for all of this. Youmight be busy, you may not know how to upload pictures, you might not have read the rules. But, what seems to elude you is how this comes across to other members who you are asking to trust you. You come across as arrogant, rude, and quite possibly having quite a lot to hide. Your conduct mirrors that that would be expected of a thief trying to flog stolen parts and bikes. So it should come as little surprise to you if members start to think you are hiding things, and are not being entirely above board.
